Over the past near-decade, I have been committed to teaching ancient spiritual practices in a way that makes sense for modern, ambitious women like you. You can think of my methodologies at the intersection of spirituality and personal development, bridging holistic and somatic practices (such as meditation) with neuroscience-based mindset work.
